The rules for using Husks (husks.org). Using the service means you agree to them.
What Husks does
Husks runs virtual personas on rented phones. Right now a persona warms up a TikTok account by scrolling, watching and liking a few things, and keeps a diary of it. It’s early, and the service will change.
Your phones and accounts
You’re responsible for the phone rentals and the accounts on them, and for having the right to use both. Platforms decide what happens to accounts, so we can’t promise any account stays up or grows.
What you can’t use it for
- Political or election persuasion.
- Impersonating real people.
- Scams, fraud, harassment or anything illegal.
We may pause or remove personas that break these rules.
Payments
Paid plans aren’t open yet. When they are, this section will say how credits and refunds work.
No guarantees
The service is provided as is. Sessions fail, phones go offline, and we may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost accounts, reach or revenue.
Changes
We’ll update these terms as Husks grows and change the date at the top when we do.
